lacquers, inks and surface coatings. Quartz
UV lamp is mounted on a designed reflector,
with shutter which is operated by pneumatic
rotary actuator.
These modules can be placed
across the web with mounting brackets with
rollers to provide smooth web transfer.
Stand alone control panel with standard
controls. UV lamps are provided with blowers
for cooling. We build system with various
optional features on request.
Hour indicator provided for
lamp usage indication. Complete panel
controls like on/off indicator, lamp hour
indicator, Amp meter, with required load
contactor. The system can be supplied with
features like continuously variable lamp
power from 40 % to 100 %, controls with PLC,
