UV-A Chamber fabricated with MS sheets on all the sides and UV resistant Poly Carbonate sheet door in the front for loading the substrate. The UV lamps will be placed in the fabricated housing with high reflective sheet behind to reflect the UV rays in the downwards direction. The door will be provided with an interlock switch so that UV lamp will switch off if it is open at any time. A Digital timer for setting the exposure time is incorporated in the system and the UV lamp will switch off automatically after the set time. A white light normal florescent lamp is provided inside the system which will switch on automatically if the door is open.

Fabricated in Stainless steel the bath would be of 3 mm SS sheet with rod heaters of 2 Kw for heating the water bath for a temperature of 80/100 degree + 2 degree centigrade for a time period of 3 to 15 min to test the leakage. The Heaters would be placed on the bottom of the bath. Digital Temperature controller will be provided for setting the Temperature and controlling the temperature inside the Water Bath. Timer with beeper for setting the time of holding the temperature will be provided. Top Cover lid for the Water Bath will be provided.

The system will have rods for holding 2 pieces at a time and the operator has to load manually. The components will travel inside the chamber for the set time and forced cooling are provided with blowers to bring the product to room temperature. The components will automatically fall at the output and it has to be collected in a plastic bin.
Hot Air Oven

Mouse over Image to ZoomFabricated in mild steel CRCS material and powder coated. The Oven will be insulated with ceramic wool to avoid dust which will happen in case of glass wool insulation. The Heaters would be placed on the bottom of the Oven and the air flow vertical to top if the tray which you are providing has perforation to pass the hot air, or the heaters would be placed in the side and the air flow would be horizontal. Air Finned Heaters of capacity 3 to 4 KW will be provided in the oven with an air flow fan of ΒΌ HP. Digital Temperature controller will be provided for setting the Temperature and controlling the temperature inside the Oven. Timer with beeper for setting the time of holding the temperature will be provided.
