ACS Conveyorised Infrared Drying System  models are with Short-wave, Medium-wave & Hot air individually or in combination having drying width from 12 to 48 inches as standard.  Lamp powers are made available from 50 to 400 watts per inch (20 to 160 watts per cm) with variable speed conveyor driven by AC Geared motor and suitable heat resistant conveyor belts.  The systems are with length of 1 m, 2 m  or  to any length as per the application, custom built to suite the requirement.

The infrared emitters are placed in the drying chamber in a designed manner to suit faster heat up and drying. The Infrared elements are controlled by THYRISOR power packs developed by ACS UV Technologies, which provided precise temperature control which will be maintained for any long hours of operation, with an accuracy of + 2 deg C, Set and existing temperature is digitally displayed on the panel.  Thyristor power pack also eliminates the problem of frequent IR element failure and replacement thus reducing maintenance cost.
